Oreo cannon separates cookie from cream with great force

In the arms race to create the ultimate Oreo-disassembling machine ? as sponsored by Oreo ?several ingenius methodshave emerged. Each efficiently separates the treat into its constituent parts: cookie and cream. But this pump-action Oreo crossbow is definitely the most exciting.

J?rg Sprave, whose custom slingshots and crossbows ? firing everything from ball bearings to sawblades ? have delighted and terrified millions of YouTube users, has joined the Oreo fun, although his invention isn't quite as discerning in its dissection of the famous cookie.

While the previous machines, posted on Oreo's YouTube channel, have focused on neat separation, Sprave, as usual, focuses on speed and lethality.

The rubber-band powered, magazine-loaded Oreo pump crossbow can fire a cookie through a cardboard box. Or, with a special attachment, it can skim the cream from the middle while the cookie is mid-flight.

Of course, cookie and cream are both utterly destroyed in the process, but, as Sprave notes in the video's description, "It's a basic human desire to destroy an Oreo cookie with a pump action crossbow." And it does look satisfying.

You can find the other Oreo machines, from auto-hatchet to knife-wielding robot, on Oreo's YouTube channel. It's all part of the cookie's 100th anniversary celebration.
